Loving Kindness - Subtle Mind Exercises
The Loving Kindness exercise allowed me to open my thoughts about my loved ones and even people I may be upset at and try to let it go. Although it isn't something I think about on a daily basis, it allowed me to realize what I am holding on to and to love more. The Subtle Mind exercise I felt as if was more focused on not stressing on every day things and try to relax. For both the exercises I found it hard for me to relax and I am getting better about finding time to myself to relax if even just for a moment. I am extremely busy with very little to no time to relax. After a few minutes of each exercise I was able to relax and appreciate the experience. Being able to relax my body and mind during these exercises helped connect my physical and mental wellness. I felt as if the Loving Kindness exercise helped my physical, mental, and spiritual wellness.

Loving Kindness
I usually find these hard to listen to because my days are so hectic that to sit down and try to relax on command is a hard for me. This exercise seemed to be so much more soothing for me than many others. I especially love the sound of the ocean, I have always used that when I'm relaxing or trying to fall asleep. Thinking of my daughter made me feel at peace and loving. I would recommend this exercise to others but tell them that they should prepare themselves to have some alone time to relax to truly appreciate it. "Mental workout" is to train our minds and eventually reach the unity consciousness level, to gain access to resources of the higher consciousness- wisdom, peace, compassion, happiness, and wholeness.

Reflections...
1. A - Physical wellbeing: On a scale from 1 to 10, I would rate it being an 8. I am a fitness competitor so staying in optimal shape is very important. Although most people would say I'm a 10, I know that I could be in a better state of wellbeing physically.
B - Spiritual wellbeing: On a scale from 1 to 10, I would rate it being an 8. I feel as if I have a great relationship with the outside world and myself. At times I do get overwhelmed as many people do, but I feel as if I have a purpose in life and I am content to where I am in my life right now.
C - Psychological wellbeing: On a scale from 1 to 10, I would rate it being a 7. I am very happy person and try to see the bright side of things no matter how bad the situation is. I love being positive and leading a great example for my daughter that happiness is very important.
2. Physical Goal: To surpass my highest level of fitness in my lifetime. Spiritual Goal: To open myself to religious spirituality. Psychological Goal: To not stress so much on managing my time every day.
3. In order to achieve each of these goals I must train to the best of my ability every time, attend church when I feel the time is right, and to not forget to relax and breath when I get overwhelmed.
4. Relaxation Exercise: I seem to find it hard to get time to relax and every time I go to do these exercises it reminds me of that. Because I have such a busy schedule, it takes me a while to truly relax and appreciate the exercise. I enjoyed it very much. Being able to relax and control your body with your mind is so amazing.
